Welcome to Save The Date. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Our services, including digital invitations, digital albums, and guestbook rentals, are provided for your personal, non-commercial use related to event planning and execution.
You are solely responsible for any content, including photos, videos, texts, and audio recordings, that you or your guests upload or submit through our services. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
By booking our services and making an advance payment, you explicitly accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Deposits and advance payments are required to secure our services and reserve dates. Final deliverables, administrative access, and related assets will only be handed over after the final payment has been settled in full. Refund policies vary depending on the service and timing of cancellation.
Your digital invitation includes a set number of free minor design changes as outlined in your package. Any additional revisions beyond this limit will be charged separately. Full access to the live RSVP Google Sheet and the final invitation link will only be granted upon receipt of the final payment. Once the final design is approved, further structural changes may incur additional costs. Save The Date is not responsible for errors in text or details that were approved by the client during the draft review stage.
The base digital album package includes a predefined storage limit. Host administrative access, enabling you to manage photos, approve uploads, and utilize AI Photo Finder features, will be provided only after the final payment is cleared. While the platform is designed so you can keep your album indefinitely, Save The Date is only strictly responsible for maintaining and hosting the platform for 1 year from the date of your event.
For physical equipment rentals (Polaroid and Audio Guestbooks), full payment must be completed prior to the event date. You are solely responsible for the safety of the items during your event from the time of setup until collection. Any damage, breakage, theft, or loss to the guestbook equipment, phones, cameras, printers, props, or displays will be fully chargeable to the client at replacement cost. Save The Date is not liable for missed recordings or photos due to guests misusing or mishandling the equipment. Transportation and delivery charges apply separately depending on the location of your venue and are not included in the base package unless explicitly stated.
The Find Your Seat service relies entirely on the accurate information provided by you via Google Sheets. We are not responsible for seating inaccuracies, misspellings, or missing names caused by incorrect data entry on the client's end. The final digital QR code file and public access to the seating plan will be released upon final payment. The live guest lookup functionality requires a basic mobile internet connection at the venue for guests to access; Save The Date does not provide internet connectivity.
Save The Date shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to technical failures, internet outages at venues, or third-party service interruptions (e.g., Google Sheets, server hosting).
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
